YOUR VAIL BROKER ~ Yvonne Dawsey was raised in La Canada Flintridge, a suburb of Los Angeles. She attended the University of California at Berkeley where she earned a BA in Political Science. During her time at CAL, Yvonne was a member of the Varsity Women's Tennis Team. In 1997, Yvonne began her career as a licensed assistant in Beaver Creek working full time for a top producing broker. Over this 7 year tenure, Yvonne developed a love for real estate and a thorough understanding of the neighborhoods that comprise our valley. In 2021 Yvonne generated $48 million in real estate sales making her one of the top producing brokers in the Vail Board of Realtors. She collaborated with brokers from various companies and successfully navigated many buyers into their dream properties during a very competitive buyer market. On many occasions, she successfully assisted both Buyer(s) and Seller(s) to a successful transaction. In June of 2022 Yvonne joined the LIV Sotheby’s Vail Valley team. Her office is located in Riverwalk (Edwards) and she will also spend time in the Mountain Haus (Vail Village) location. She is excited to be a part of the Sotheby’s brand which offers over 1,000 offices worldwide in 78 countries. The Sotheby's network of support and collaboration is unsurpassed and serves solely to support buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Yvonne and her husband, John, have been married for 25 years and reside in the golf course community of Singletree with their two children, Ryan (21 years) and Catherine (18 years). They are members of the Sonnenalp Club. In her free time, Yvonne enjoys playing golf, tennis, trail running, AT and powder skiing, and spending time with her family.
